in the Kingdom of Bahrain with 72 Sulzer projectile
looms, Manama today has three weaving units
with 403 projectile and air jet looms and
2 spinning units comprising of 42,624 and
4000 TFOT spindles based on 100% cotton and
polyester cotton Blend.Our products roll out
on state-of-the-art machinery from the USA,
Europe and Japan. Add a highly skilled team

marks of excellence.Renowned for its greige
or unfinished fabrics and yarn, Manama is
in the process of streamlining a series of
forward integration measures, aimed at the
production of fully furnished textiles and

be the only vertically integrated textile
operator in the Middle East offering quality
products made from the yarn and fabrics produced
within a single company.

PROCESS
& MACHINES
Denim manufacturing facility is equipped with
the latest Rope Dyeing range attached with FCS
system which can take 24 ropes at a time. With
this range the installed capacity of the plant
is 18MMPA denim fabric. This range is dynamically
equipped to give continuously single shade for
long runs non stop. At the same time various
two colour options are added benefit e.g. black
bottoming or topping on indigo base shades.
Weave done on STURDY SULZER RUTI gives a clean
look to the fabric. For the demanding denim
fashion designers, we also have GAMEX DOBBY
LOOMS. Here the option can be limitless to be
tried on denim.
Our integrated Finishing range FCS system is
equipped with special facility to give normal
as well as FLAT finishes. Our technicians are
an eager lot to match any kind of finish demanded
by the buyers from rugged finish to soft supple
finish. The facility can also give over-dyeing
options e.g. black over black, Etc.
SETTING NEW BENCHMARKS........... LAB EQUIPMENT
Experiments are done in the washing laboratory
to achieve the finish look. This in house project
has sand blasting, brushing, washing and dryers.
Our buyer can have a look at the finish product
in garment form with complete finishes and washes.Our
laboratory is equipped with the latest testing
machines Hunter lab, Titrino 702, Photolab,
Tensolab, Elmendorf, Electronic crok meter are
just a few to mention. We ensure that our denim
fabric is of the highest standard. A team of
quality controllers keep a strict vigil on the
production from beginning till the end to get
our buyers the best they desire.
